This morning, once again, everything turned upside down. The emotions were shocking. I wondered how the children felt. How their world has been turned upside down. Fear is everywhere in children’s world. Why?!

This day reminded me of the morning of February 24th.
I was sitting at school, we had recess. Nika wrote to me from Ukraine and sent a video of an explosion and then another explosion in Kyiv. They were quite audible.
I was shocked and started to cry. My friends and acquaintances live in Kyiv. I couldn’t stay at school, so my teacher let me go home.
We are the ones who want peace and quiet. We are peaceful people. I don’t want my country to be destroyed. I want everyone to live

Air alarms sound all over Ukraine today. The children in Pisky were sent home from school and kindergarten. The war is continuing…
This is what we heard during our staff meeting online.
Kyiv center was attacked with missiles today. Mayor Vitaly Klitschko said that Russian terrorists attack the capital! They hit objects in Shevchenkivsky and Solomyansky districts. Our anti air force is awake, but the threat continues.

15 missiles attacked the Lviv region. Part of them were shot down by the anti air forces. The alarms sound and people stay in shelters.

“This morning is tough. We are facing terrorists. Dozens of missiles, Iranian Shaheds drones. They have two targets:
Energy plants all over the country. In the regions of Kyiv, Khmelnytsky, Lviv, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, the south of the country.
They want to create panic and chaos, they want to destroy our power systems. They are desperate.
The second target is people. They chose the time and the places to create as much damage as possible.
