Mobilized men allowed to travel abroad

19,000 children taken to Russia
According to Ukraine’s parliament, more than 19,000 children have been officially documented as forcibly taken to Russia.
Another 1.6 million children remain in temporarily occupied areas.

Child abduction tracking group forced to shut down
Ukraine Conflict Observatory must end its work after funding was withdrawn.
They have collected data on over 30,000 children and contributed to six cases at the International Criminal Court.
The organization is only funded until July 1. After that, all staff and data collection will cease.

Educational support for children of soldiers
Children of those who serve in the war have the right to free education, low-interest student loans (3%), and social scholarships — up to age 23, if studying full-time.
