Weekly News – 9/21

The long-awaited spring is here!

You can already feel it in the air 🌷 🌺 🌹

Thank you for helping children forward in their lives. We are one big Children’s Embassy family.

I’m Tanya and I’m happy to tell you about this past week.

The Sunday school in Friend’s House started again. The children from nearby villages could also attend, as Viktor Pavlovich fetched them with our minibus. It was so lovely to meet again. There has been no Sunday school because of the pandemic. We enjoyed it very much now.

We continue to help families with children. One large family is in quarantine due to corona. They ran out of food and had no money to buy more. Viktor Pavlovich and Katya bought groceries and delivered them to their yard. We pray that the family members get well soon.

Another family lost their house in a fire. The entire house and all their belongings were destroyed. The mother asked us to give clothes and shoes for her 7-year-old daughter. Fortunately, we have a small storage in Friend’s House; Katja found the necessary items there.

It is easy to do good. I wish you all a nice weekend. Enjoy the spring. Take care of each other and stay healthy.
