Purim – my favourite holiday

I finished school last year and am now studying international economy in Odessa National University for the first year. I’m living in the student home of the Jewish community, and I also go to the Synagogue. For holidays, I travel home to Kiev.
The photo shows me in the Jewish Purim feast, where we go in masquerade dresses. When I came to Odessa, I started to attend all the Jewish feasts. Purim is the nicest one that I know. We celebrated for two days. On the first day, we had a fashion show and elected the King and Queen of the evening. Harry Potter and the Pope won! The feast was in March, but I still remember the stories like they were yesterday. I’m already looking forward to Purim next year, and planning on my dress.
