Different Gifts
Do you find it hard to think of gifts to your near and dear ones? I do. For instance, my mother. She already has everything she needs, and bookshelves full of books waiting to be read. What should I buy her for Christmas, birthday, Mother’s Day?
I have now made a new habit of donating to Ukraine through Children’s Embassy on my mother’s special days. This makes her happier than any gift from a shop. And it doesn’t necessarily need to be very expensive.
At the price of a flower bouquet, you can buy many things children need at school, or seeds and plants for families’ kitchen gardens in Ukraine. Perhaps my mother gets 25 turkeys for Mother’s Day this year?
